Description

Individuals will have the option to receive to 3 boot-camp sessions and 2  OR 4 boot-camp training sessions and 1 personal training session.

All personal Training Sessions will take Place within Empire Fitness Gymnasium. As previous listed with option 1, All members signing up for package 2 will receive a full bio metric screening, guidance with nutrition, meal plans and supplementation as well as access to Empire Fitness Gymnasium. Along with the personal training sessions, individuals also have the option to request weekly training regimens to be executed at other times.
